Businesses with dedicated car park spaces in Victoria Avenue Car Park must apply for a temporary Access Pass to gain entry during the following times:

Start: Thursday 14 May 2026 6:00am                                                                   Finish: Monday 18 June 2026 10:00am


Due to local road closures, entry and exit will only be via Old Burleigh Road as the normal Victoria Avenue entrance will be shut in the interest of Festival Patron safety.

Please submit your application no later than Friday 1 May 2026.

The number of Access Passes required is based on your number of existing swipekey holders for Victoria Avenue Car Park.  For example, a business might only lease 3 car park spaces, but these could be shared between 5 different members of staff who are all existing swipekey holders. In this instance you would request 5 access passes.
