We are looking forward to Cooly Rocks On again this year, running from the 3 - 7 June 2026! To assist local business and residents whilst the road closures are in place, we will be issuing Access Passes and Parking Permits:

PARKING PERMIT – For residents/business staff who cannot access their usual parking inside the ‘pink, red or orange’ closed roads. It grants parking at John Dennis Car Park instead (accessed via Chalk Street off Warner Street, on a first come first served basis, noting usual fees apply). Please note that historically space becomes limited very fast. 

ACCESS PASS – For residents/business staff who usually park within ‘blue’ local access roads. Entry is via Dixon Street. 

Please note: you do not need any type of pass to enter The Strand Shopping Centre Car Park, which remains open to the general public.

Passes are applicable at the following times during the Festival:

            Start: Thursday 4 June 2026 10:00pm                                    Finish: Sunday 7 June 2026 11:59pm

Remember, roads reopen overnight between midnight and 5:30am and so no passes or permits are required during this period!
