SWAP MEET APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in being involved in our swap meet at Cooly Rocks On 2026.

Cooly Rocks On is Australia’s largest nostalgia festival and a signature event on the Queensland event calendar. The festival is held in the beachside destination of Coolangatta, Gold Coast from Wednesday 3 to Sunday 7 June 2026.

Please be advised this application form does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. As the festival has limited locations available for our swap meet, we are a cars and motorbikes focused swap meet.

We require applicants to meet one of the three core pillars the festival celebrates, these pillars are: motors, music and lifestyle of yesteryear (prior to and including 1979).

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: Tuesday 21 April 2026

All electrical equipment MUST be tested and tagged before arriving to site, any equipment that doesn't have a valid test and tag attached WILL NOT be able to be used on site. (please note power supply not supplied)

Entry Fees:
$50 Entry Fee which includes 2x parking spots (1x to park your vehicle & 1x to trade from). Each individual can book up to 4 parking spots.

Trading Hours:

The Swap Meet will take place between 9am to 1pm on Friday 5th June 2026.

When submitting your application, please consider the proposed trading hours are subject to change.

Final operating hours will be confirmed when successful applicants are notified.

Terms & Conditions and Site Rules:
We ask that you please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions and Site Rules before commencing your application. You should also consider whether your stall or product aligns with one of the above-mentioned pillars prior to applying. Successful applicants will be invoiced within 2 weeks of the application closing date. Invoices will need to be paid in full by the due date to guarantee acceptance as a swap meet trader at Cooly Rocks On 2026.
